Having begun a career in recreational hospitality working across American and Australian ski fields for five years, Damien has a thorough understanding of performance management which helps clients achieve the best results. In 2014, he entered into estate agency with a focus on off-plan residential sales for Sydney residential developments. While he initially concentrated on investor products while working with Property Investors Institute of Australia and Ausin Group, Damien’s focus is on helping owner-occupiers and buy-to-let landlords find the right property fit.
